XG Capital Strategies develops foundational Decision Intelligence research. Kairos Dynamics is the separate company being formed to productize selected licensed technology as a cross-domain, local-first Decision Intelligence platform.
Two entities with different jobs
The separation is deliberate. XGCS remains the research origin and retains foundational pre-existing work and internal activities. Kairos is intended to become the product company investors and customers engage with.

XGCS remains the origin of Ebb & Flow, Heatmap Strategy Lab research, proprietary internal market research and trading, publications, and unrelated programs. Selected pre-existing technology may be licensed to Kairos under completed agreements.

Kairos is being formed to generalize the strongest research-control machinery into a deployable product: autonomous predictive research, falsification, negative knowledge, prospective evidence, decision governance, and controlled advancement against customer-controlled data.
