Important notices

The short version sits in the footer of every page. This is the whole of it, in one place, including how to read the research material and the forward-looking statements.

The short version

XG Capital Strategies develops analytical tools, trading infrastructure, and decision-support systems. Nothing on this site constitutes investment advice, a solicitation to buy or sell securities, or a guarantee of trading performance. All trading involves risk.

Forecasts, models, and decision-support systems are inherently uncertain and should be used as inputs into a broader decision-making process, not as guarantees of future outcomes.

No advice, and no client relationship

Everything published here is general information about research and methods. None of it is personalized investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice, and none of it takes account of your objectives, holdings, constraints, or risk tolerance. If you need advice about your own position, get it from someone engaged to give it to you.

Reading this site, submitting a form, or receiving a reply does not create a client, advisory, or fiduciary relationship. That begins only under a signed engagement.

XG Capital Strategies builds analytical tools, forecasting architecture, risk systems, and decision-support software. It does not manage client assets, place trades for clients, or issue individual buy or sell recommendations. XG Capital Strategies holds no financial-services registration and claims none. It does not manage client assets, place trades for clients, or issue individual buy or sell recommendations.

Trading and market risk

All trading involves risk, including the loss of the entire amount committed and, in leveraged instruments, more than that. Nothing here reduces that risk or should be read as implying that it has been engineered away.

Past performance, whether real or hypothetical, does not indicate future results. A model that fitted one market regime can fail in the next, and the transition is usually visible only afterwards.

How to read the research material

This site publishes negative and null results alongside positive ones, and labels simulated material as simulated. Read the labels; they are load-bearing.

  • Illustrative simulations are deterministic demonstrations of interface and workflow behaviour. They are not measurements, not research evidence, and not performance.
  • Backtests and historical studies are hypothetical. They are constructed with hindsight over a chosen period, and they are not prospective live evidence.
  • Null, inconclusive, and data-limited findings are published as such. A finding marked null is a finding that did not hold.
  • Signal Lab is research visualization and decision-support context. It is not a trading recommendation and not a signal service.
  • Third-party data is cited where it is used. It comes from sources believed to be reliable, which is not the same as verified, and it is not guaranteed for accuracy or completeness.

Forecasts, models, and decision-support systems are inherently uncertain. They are inputs into a decision, not the decision.

No offer of securities

Nothing on this site is an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security or interest in XG Capital Strategies, Kairos Dynamics, or any fund or managed vehicle. No fund or managed vehicle is being offered.

Kairos Dynamics is a Delaware C corporation in formation. Material describing its work is informational. Any financing materials would be provided separately, through a reviewed process, to persons qualified to receive them — not from a web page.

Nothing here is an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy any security. Any future financing would rely on an exemption from registration, and the exact exemption and the eligibility rules that follow from it would be settled in that documentation. Read this page as a statement of intent rather than as offering material.

Forward-looking statements

Parts of this site — in particular the Kairos Dynamics material, which includes a product and revenue ladder, a market model with TAM, SAM, and SOM figures, and a capital milestone plan — describe intentions, plans, and estimates about the future rather than facts about the present.

Those figures are management estimates, built from public institution counts and assumptions about eligibility and spending. They are not independent market research, not current revenue, not contracted pipeline, and not a forecast that anyone should rely on. Words like plan, intend, expect, target, could, and would mark statements of this kind, and so do dollar ranges attached to a future period.

Actual outcomes will differ, and may differ entirely. They depend on company formation, the execution of agreements that are not yet executed, customer demand that is not yet demonstrated, research results that are not yet obtained, financing that is not yet committed, and conditions outside anyone's control. No commitment is made to update these statements as circumstances change.

The two organizations

XG Capital Strategies is a decision-intelligence and forecasting consultancy. It holds the underlying research.

Kairos Dynamics is a separate company in formation which is intended to license selected XGCS research and turn it into products. It is built on XGCS decision-intelligence research; it is not a division, brand, or trading name of XG Capital Strategies, and statements made by one should not be attributed to the other.

The technology licence between them reflects approved intent and has not been executed. Final terms are subject to formation, completed agreements, and counsel review. Nothing on this site should be read as describing rights that are already in place.
